Erin Gabriel

Co-Founder

Erin Gabriel is the owner of Full Circle Fast Pitch, an indoor softball facility in Poland, Ohio, a Physical Therapist, a former Division 1 Collegiate Softball Player at The University of Tennessee, and former member of the USA Junior Olympic Softball Team. Erin went to Poland Seminary High School from 2008-2012. During her time at Poland, she was Ohio Gatorade player of the year back-to-back years and led her team to a state championship in 2011. Erins most career strike outs in one game tallied to 34 strike outs in a 16-inning game against one of the nations top Florida high schools. Erins junior year she committed to the University of Tennessee to play for the Lady Vols. Erin was at the University of Tennessee from 2012- 2016. During her time there, the Lady Vols went to the World Series twice including coming runners up in 2013. Her career highlights include three no hitters, two perfect games, career ERA of 2.77, total of 396 Ks, 2015 SEC all-tournament team, and 2016 academic All-American. As well as her division one collegiate career, Gabriel played for team USA for the Junior Womens National Team and won 2 gold medals. Erin went to Bogot, Colombia to play in the Pan American games and Capetown, South Africa for the World Championship winning a gold medal at each. After college, Gabriel did get drafted by the Akron Racers but due to injury decided to end her softball career as a player and start her next career path. Once Erin came home from Tennessee in 2016, she started coaching and holding camps in the area while working on getting her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at Youngstown State University. Erin has coached with Ursuline College, volunteered with Poland Seminary High School, and given lessons for girls ages 6-22. Erin has truly found her passion with being able to continue to grow the game and pass her love for the game onto the next generation of athletes to build strong independent females.

Collin Floyd

Co-Founder

Collin Floyd is the founder and owner of Elite Level Performance, a strength and conditioning facility located in Struthers Ohio. Graduating from Youngtown St University, Collin studied Exercise Science, Marketing Management, and has his MBA in Digital Marketing. While attending Youngstown St Collin played Division 1 collegiate baseball for the university. In his career he became YSU's all-time strikeout leader with 323 strikeouts, YSU's all-time leader in games started with the 57, YSUs all time innings pitched leader with 318.2, won Horizon League Triple Crown in pitching by earning the leagues best ERA, strikeouts, and wins, won Horizon League Pitcher of the Year in 2021, selected 1st Team ABCA/Rawlings All East Region, named Student Athlete Player of the Year for Youngstown State, ranked 2nd on D1 Baseball top analytical pitchers in 2021 and lastly, played for the Mahoning Valley Scrappers in 2021.

TJ Hollin

Co-Founder

TJ is an Akron, Ohio born commercial real estate broker/investor, entrepreneur, and partner at Elite Softball Reports. He currently serves as Vice-President at the Akron Chapter of Hoff & Leigh Commercial Real Estate. Graduating from the University of Akron in 2011 with a B.S.A. in Corporate Financial Management, TJ specializes in B2B sales and has worked for multiple Fortune 500 corporations including AT&T and FedEx. He has completed multiple notable transactions in the region. Clients have included Infocision, Thomarios Inc., Akron Hardware, and Faith Family Church.
